Restrictions Apply: This special for the 50% off for professional whitening counts for both in-office whitening, and take-home whitening kits. Payment is due the day of service; call our office for pricing information. Established patients who have been in our office within the last 12 months may schedule for the initial in-office whitening, or to have the impression for the whitening trays. Those who are new patients or who have not been in our office within the past 12 months, must schedule an initial exam to ensure that potential decayed teeth or teeth that have already been restored, will not be adversely affected by the whitening. This Summer special will be honored for those who call our office by August 31st and make an appointment for any date in 2018.

Restrictions Apply:One entry for each new patient will be entered in for this contest. The patient that is referred must be a new patient that has never been seen at our office before. The patient must schedule his/her appointment within the contest dates of October 3rd, 2016 to November 4th, 2016 and show up to their appointment to be entered into this contest. The patient must also pay their balance, if any, to be entered. Each patient will be responsible to ensure that they mention the referees’ name when scheduling their appointment. The winner of this contest and the patient that referred them to our office will each win a gift bag.
